The seats were quite spacious and well-padded, ensuring a comfortable journey. Our first Indore, Ujjain, Onkareshwar tour, on my special request owner Santosh Sir given their best person (Mr Umesh) for our journey. Mr. Umesh is highly experienced and kind person. We would like to highlight one best point of Umesh is that he knows each and every points which must be visited in Ujjain and Omkareshwar. Hired a 30 seater mini bus from shraddha travels Indore. Within 10 mins of my posting an inquiry I received a response from Santosh ji. All queries were equally speedily responded by her and the entire process of booking was smooth and easy. On the day of travel the bus as commited reported 15 mins before departure resulting in an on dot departure. Driver Umesh who was assigned to us was also a very pleasant and calm person. Everything about connecting with this car rental service was professional - and well served - right from booking for out-station starting from Indore airport to local cab. Our in coming flight timings changed and Ritesh immediately helped us by changing the pickup timing to early morning. We did a pilgrimage to Omkareshwar and Mahakaleshwar and our driver Rakesh Vishwakarma helped us right from VIP darshan to getting an abhishek done at both places. Mr. Santosh Jawade and Mr. Gourav both are very co ordinative in which they reported before time which I appointed.
